At PRx Performance, we stand behind the quality of our gym equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit for your home gym, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at the designated carrier.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
