How much space do I need for a Profile® Folding Rack?
Our patented wall-mounted racks are designed for maximum space efficiency. You will need a minimum ceiling height of 91 inches for our standard racks and 95 inches for our Kipping-compatible versions. When folded, the rack sits just 4 inches from the wall.
What is the weight capacity of PRx Performance racks?
Our Profile® Series and PRO Series racks are tested to hold over 1,000 lbs. We use heavy-duty 2x3 or 3x3 11-gauge steel to ensure maximum stability and safety during your heaviest lifts.
How long does shipping take for large equipment?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Due to the size and weight of gym equipment, most racks and sets are shipped via LTL freight to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 7-10 business days once shipped.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our racks are designed for easy DIY installation with clear instructions and videos, we have partnered with professional assembly services in many areas. Contact our support team to see if installation is available in your zip code.
What is your return policy on gym gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on large freight items.
